When we opened our new business premises one of the things we at boomboxevents.co.uk needed was advice on fire prevention etc. We called upon Action One and booked an appointment. Upon meeting the guys it was explained to us the process and equipment needed. We ended up fully kitted out for all of our premises and vehicles including our stage truck making us nlcc registered and insurance ready. Action one fire protection have provided a first-rate service on our fire extinguishers since 2019. They also undertake our full Fire Risk Assessment and a full check on our fire system panel. Most recently we have had our annual full Fire Safety inspection. He replaced any Fire extinguishers as necessary, ensuring they were all fit for use. We deal with Russ on a regular basis, and he is a very friendly, helpful guy. If we have any queries or faults in relation to our fire system, Russ is usually on site within half an hour. We will be using Action One fire protection each year going forwards.

I was referred to Action One Fire Protection Services by a friend who had used them. I had recently taken control of a public house, and we were renovating for a reopening. Action One Fire Protection Services came down and completed a full fire safety inspection for us and installed several fire extinguishers that were required. Russ was very friendly and professional, he talked me through everything that was required, and explained why, which gave me a much better understanding of my own fire safety responsibilities within my company. Action One Fire Protection Services responded to my query very quickly as they were aware that the job was time sensitive and needed to be completed before opening night. They are very reasonably priced, and I would highly recommend them to any business looking to have their fire safety equipment either installed, maintained or upgraded.
